4. Pricing, Payments & GST

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹).

Prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

A proper GST invoice will be provided with your order.

We are a registered business under Indian GST laws (SONIYA HOSIERY 07NWPPS1442N1ZJ).

Payments can be made via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Wallets, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected orders/locations.

We may charge an additional COD fee (if applicable).

Orders placed via COD may require confirmation via call/SMS.

We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if the order is not confirmed or there is a history of fake/rejected orders.

Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Delivery timelines depend on your location.

Delays may occur due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Return & Refund Policy

Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or as store credit/bank transfer (for COD orders).

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the site for illegal purposes.

You must not copy or misuse our content.

You must not attempt to damage or hack the website.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, images, and content belong to BDSquare and cannot be used without permission.
